Nozzle Light
prusaprinters
After changing the Prusa original shroud to the more advanced Delta P duct (remix from BuildX), my old nozzle lightning doesn't work well, because the new duct is significantly longer. The light strip will most likely work with other shrouds as well, because the Delta P duct is very long and a wee bit wider then the extruder itself. So here is the new design which is fastened with only one existing screw and flips over the super Pinda. It fits perfectly to all narrows (Heat bed power plug while calibrating and right x-axis stop aka frame)Currently I use it from PETG, but maybe I'll do a PC Blend Version as well. The print files are for PETG 0.1mm with support (painted)Additionally you will need:24 V LED strip 8mm (cut of a 5 cm piece and peel off the double-sided adhesive tape)M3 x 18 mm (20 mm will also do)wire (2x 0,35 mm²) long enough to your connection pointMy light is connected through the normal energy supply of the extruder and Einsy housing to my light switch, which you can find here.Update 06.2023Added STEP file for easy remixing
