We didn't appreciate the compact plastic bags housing multiple nozzles. Therefore, we chose to craft a container that would perfectly organize these accessories following the principles outlined in "5S," as precisely as possible. The standard M6 threading on our nozzles made us decide to integrate M6 nuts directly into our 3D printed component. By taking this approach, we believed that users could securely screw their heated nozzles straight from the printer without causing any damage to our holder. Below are step-by-step guidelines: Our objective was to design a holder that resembled a thermometer at a glance. To achieve this appearance, we designed the scale on the left side. Due to 3D printing limitations, particularly issues with retraction and string pulling, we encountered significant difficulties when printing our initial attempts in PET material. Applying heat using a hot air gun also didn't yield the desired aesthetic results. Consequently, we printed the scale separately from the holder's component in PLA and then attached it firmly to one side.
