A Reimagined Cooling System: Enhancing the E3D-V6 Mount with a Customized Nozzle Fan Setup. To optimize airflow within my 3D printer's chamber, I decided to upgrade the existing nozzle fan configuration. By positioning the fan closer to the ring and higher up on the E3D-V6 mount, designed by NickyP, I aimed to create a more efficient cooling system. This modification required me to flip the design of the original nozzle fan setup, ensuring a seamless integration with the modified E3D-V6 mount. The result is a bespoke cooling solution that improves air circulation around the hotend, promoting faster cooling and reduced warping during printing processes.
