Nozzle Fan Duct
thingiverse
My First Project - A Game-Changer for 3D Printing! Printing this design is a breeze, and the airflow is simply amazing! It's perfect for my Anet A8, with my nozzle tip sitting comfortably about 0.5mm lower than the fan duct. The airflow envelops the nozzle beautifully without hitting it directly. Four cleverly designed air tubes (3x4mm each) ensure that the print gets a gentle breeze from multiple angles. I even took some smoke tests to visualize how the airflow interacts with the print bed - although, unfortunately, my photos didn't quite capture the magic! Pros: Extremely effective, whisper-quiet operation, and remarkably low airflow resistance. Cons: Slightly heavier than average fan ducts, and the nozzle tip is only visible from one side (the left). Give it a try, test it out, and keep me posted on how you like it!
