Nozzle cooler for MK8 Extruder with vertical cooler fins on Geeetech Prusa Pi3 Pro W The printer came without nozzle cooling, making small prints or overhangs impossible. I had no extra fan at home, so I created an adapter for the already mounted hotend fan to cool the print. Pros: - Easy to build: just 2pcs M3 screws required - Lightweight design - Good airflow Cons: - No airflow regulation is available. Currently, the fan speed cannot be adjusted. Using fan PWM could provide a solution, allowing automatic cooling with "fan always on" at least 50% or so in the slicer to cool the hotend sufficiently. Cranking up the fan to 100% for bridges and short layer times would provide more air to the nozzle. Despite this limitation, it works well enough for printing ABS. Print Instructions: - Use ABS or other high-temperature materials for printing. Apply brim settings in the slicer if bad heatbed adhesion is a problem. Activate support for Gehäuse.stl. Do not use support for Rüssel.stl
