This is a precision-designed toothpick holder engineered to expedite the cleaning of your Replicator 2 extruder nozzle with speed and efficiency. Once you remove the extruder drive assembly and pre-heat the nozzle, insert trimmed toothpicks into the top of the hot end using a circular downward motion. Repeating this process will effectively clear out any burnt PLA residue until the toothpicks emerge clean. Next, use a pin that has been sanded down to fit perfectly within the 0.4mm nozzle tip to complete the cleaning process. This entire procedure typically takes around 15 minutes. This toothpick holder was crafted using an ACIS solid in Shark FX/ViaCAD (vc3 file included), ensuring seamless compatibility with Makerware, ReplicatorG, and skeinforge.
