Nozzle Cleaning Bit Case
thingiverse
People struggle with cleaning out hot end nozzles. A small drill bit is just what's needed to get the job done. The hinge is designed specifically for 1.75mm filament as an axle, but you might need to widen the holes with a tool if it's too tight of a fit. If many people continue to struggle, I'll take another look at that area. This case is meant to be used with small neodymium magnets in order to keep it shut. You can find these cheaply almost anywhere and use some super glue to secure them in place. I got mine from http://www.kjmagnetics.com/proddetail.asp?prod=ZD4, although they are not often listed on their website because it is a bulk purchase and they usually list imperial measurements only. The closest imperial equivalent to 3mm x 1.5mm magnets is 1/8" x 1/16". This might be a bit of a tighter fit, but the hole diameter should still be wide enough for it to work. If you're looking to make a smaller and cheaper order with imperial magnets, try http://www.kjmagnetics.com/proddetail.asp?prod=D21.
