Nozzle Brush -- no supports or bridging needed

prusaprinters

I've been using @Maker Mashup's nozzle brush for a while, and recently I saw @Extra Fox's remix of it. I liked the smaller size of the head but I didn't care for the repositioning of the handle to the side or the rounded handle that lost the hole to hang the brush. But it inspired me to take a stab at a quick remix of @Maker Mashup's original design.

I made the head a bit smaller (still fits the same felt pads), rotated the handle by 180 degrees to avoid supports and bridging, and retained the hole.

I use these pads: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CVS9YNZ/

For looks, I printed the nozzle without top or bottom layers, with 25% honeycomb infill.

If you like what I'm doing…

…consider buying me a coffee.
