All I've done here is add some extrusions to a model after feeling the air from the fans coming out of the bottom of the hot end shroud. This shouldn't be happening because the air from the fan should be cooling the heatsink. Printing: Print this with support on the bottom of the nozzle. The rest was made with thickness to not need support. After printing make sure to run a screwdriver or something through the nozzle hole to make sure it is open enough for airflow. Let me know if this doesn't fit right and I can make small modifications to make it fit.
