This design represents my approach to an efficient nozzle cooling system. It offers improved noise reduction compared to the original fan setup, while delivering exceptional cooling performance. I highly recommend this solution for optimal results. Created using a custom-built printer constructed on a Tatara frame. Engineered with Turbocad 2018 Pro Platinum software. Printing settings: Slice thickness set at 0.20mm and infill density optimized to 30%.
