This duct I've designed because the original nozzle fan got dead just in few days and I had only 40mm 24V axial fan on hand. The air nozzle itself is redesigned form this model: https://3dtoday.ru/3d-models/detali-dlya-3d-printerov/okhlazhdenie/obduv-sopla-tronxy-xy-2. I've split the model into three parts for easyier printing. Assenbling alltogether, I did use Revell Contacta gel glue - perfect for PLA. LED light clamp is an optional part. I use a piece of 24V LED strip. Naturally, an additional cable to the PSU is needed for this lamp. My cable is passing the X-axis cable, then inside ribbon cable's jacket into the exlosure.
