The Nozob is a genetically engineered creature that appears zombie-like due to its unique composition. Its appearance results from the combination of DNA from bioluminescent algae, flesh-eating bacteria, praying mantis, and more. A genetically modified bacteria causes The Nozob's spread, which was initiated by Dr.Rorty during one of his drunken lab sessions. This bacteria directly attacks the brain, causing corrosion to its host's face. The host's eyes glow due to the presence of bioluminescent algae DNA.
