Vinyl Stand with a funky "Now Playing" text. Enjoy the artworks of your favourite records while listening to them, or use it to show off your phenomenal music taste! The model is divided in two pieces, the stand itself and the background. The stand has a groove in which you will need to glue the background (which is just a thin plate that you can print in another color. Printing Instructions: I highly suggest you to follow these instructions if you don't want to get in a failed print loop as I did. So read carefully: 1) Print the background file with the color you want your text to be (I suggest black). Remember that printing it directly on the glass of the heated bed of your printer will give it a nice glossy finish. 2) Print the Stand with the text FACING ON THE HEATED BED. Once it has finished printing, do NOT remove it. First, put some super glue or resin around the text AND on the inside if the letters O,A,G. If you notice, the parts at the center of those letters are disconnected from the main body. You can then glue the background on the stand and let it harden for a while. 3) Now, and only now, you can finally remove your stand from the printer. Be EXTRA careful, because it may be very fragile, especially around the slot for the vinyl. I absolutely don't suggest the use of supports, since they would get inside the letters and it would become next to impossible to remove them well. For this reason, I'm also adding another file, with built-in supports. This way the support doesn't interfere with the text at all. The support in this case will gradually form a bridge that hopefully becomes sturdy enough by the time it reaches the second slab. If you go for this option, expect a very fine result but with a very messy supports to remove! (If you use this model, you'll have to try to remove the support while the rest of the print is still attached to the heated bed, keep that in mind).
