Novi Security Gateway Wall Mount
prusaprinters

I own a Novi security system. The gateway was just laying around next to the router. So I decided to design a mount for it.

At the first attempt, I had the clearing for the cables on the wrong side. And I didn't use any support so the overhang was a bit dirty. So I changed that and added some support in Prusa Slic3r.

Print Settings

Printer:

Noto i3 MK3

Rafts:

No

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

0.2 mm

Infill:

20%

Filament: Das Filament PLA Green

Notes:

As you can see in the picture I forced support over a width of 20mm. I suggest using a little bit more, around 40 mm.
The Noto is a Prusa MK3 clone my wife build.

Post-Printing

Mounting

I used countersunk wood screws 3.0 x 16 mm.

Category: Electronics
