This text is a replication of an earlier document titled "Novel Single DOF Gripper for SpaceClaim Challenge." It describes a unique gripper featuring a solitary motor at the top, which rotates the crank within a four-bar mechanism. The fingers are linked by bent rods, and their motion follows an R-C-C-R sequence (Revolute-Cylindrical-Cylindrical-Mechanism). Initially designed in Autodesk Inventor, it was later imported into SpaceClaim and animated using SC-Motion.
