Nova Soft Jaws

I came up with this project inspired by Rakuron's work in progress. It didn't make sense to print the whole jaw set with 100% infill only to cut away what you didn't need on the lathe. I've included the Fusion 360 file so that you can modify the model to make jaws sized for your specific needs, which will allow you to print the jaw set with less infill and save on filament. I took a lot of test prints, but I was able to successfully add the curved alignment guide on the back of each jaw. Between this guide and the chamfered screw holes, the jaws mount perfectly every time! I've included only one STL file. Printing a set of four of these will hold a cylinder between 2.1" and 2.7" in diameter on your Nova chuck. Or, at least that's what I get on my SuperNova2 chuck. https://youtu.be/szPDt2CxGxo I added another set of jaws that I needed to grab a smaller circumference. I printed the yellow jaws with PETG using 4 shells and 50% infill. They are strong! I used support just underneath the main body. The dovetail doesn't need support.
