Innovation Room Proposal The Innovation Room initiative aims to foster a culture of creativity and experimentation within our organization by providing a dedicated space where employees can freely brainstorm and develop innovative ideas. Key objectives include: * Fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration * Providing access to cutting-edge tools and resources to support innovation * Creating a culture of experimentation and learning from failure * Encouraging the development of new business models and revenue streams The Innovation Room will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including virtual reality and augmented reality equipment, as well as 3D printing capabilities. This space will also feature flexible workspaces that can accommodate both individual brainstorming sessions and group collaborative work. A diverse team of employees from various departments will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Innovation Room. This team will oversee the development of programs and initiatives designed to support innovation, as well as provide training and resources to employees who wish to participate in the initiative.
