<p>I wanted to challenge myself a bit and do some reference-based modeling in fusion360. &nbsp;I decided to work on Johnny 5 from Short Circuit. &nbsp;This was a fun and challenging project with many roadblocks that forced me to think outside the box.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Assembly is a bit tricky as the tolerances are tight. &nbsp;The “eyebrows” and “neck” are designed to bend to allow for more positioning. &nbsp;The lower supports for the head pass thru the holes in the neck / center head piece. &nbsp; The lower support for the head has two different sizes - the smaller size attaches to the face part where the larger end fits to the back of the head.</p>
