Nothing Phone (1) - 40mm Bike Tube Mount

This is a bike mount for the Nothing Phone (1) to be mounted to 40mm bike tubes. There is some play so minor differences in tube size will also fit, but for square tubes or vastly different tube diameters the model would need to be modified.For this, the full FreeCAD model file is included so feel free to publish remixes for your bikes. The model is fully parametric so other phones like recent iPhones having a very similar design might be easily adapted. All parameters are found in the “var” sheet in the model file.The phone slots in from the top so when mounting it to your frame with zipties make sure to leave half the phones height of space to your handlebars so you can actually slot the phone in. Underneath the mount I like to put a rubber liner since prints don't really like to stay on aluminium/carbon fiber that much without it. 3 zipties are plenty to keep the holder mounted even in downhill scenarios.PETG is sufficient here, but if you have access to ASA that would be the preferred outdoor - all weather material.
