Notebook support (with fidget toy extension)
thingiverse
I used some of the models for notebook support from this site, but I needed a version with more space between my notebook and desktop so I designed one myself. After several iterations I changed the two support parts so thay can snap fit together. After that, turning it into a simple fidget toy was kind of obvious. ;) You have to print the nb_raiser.stl part twice (2x), the gears are optional if you want to use it as a fidget toy. A project file (nb_raiser.3mf) which has the parts already aligned is available. BTW. I don't know why the nb_raiser part looks a bit wonky on the big cylinder. I checked it in Cura and it looks and prints ok. ** Update 10/04/23 **: Testing my model on another printer/filament combo I noticed that the snap-in pole can be a bit fragile, so I added some support to it. This is the new part: nb_raiser_v2.
