This is a model of the screen LG LP156WF4. I did it from scratches because other models were not corresponding to the official datasheet: https://www.displaytechnology.co.uk/assets/product_files/LP156WF4-SLB5_Datasheet.pdf (pag 20 and 21) I made this model in order to design a case for this screen to be used as external screen thanks to boards like SGmW_2556Q_HKE (that I recommend for this eDP 30pin fullHD screen, it works very fine... check on AliExpress)
