Notebook Disk Dividers

Dividers for the notebook disk systems are recommended to be printed in PETG, which is more flexible, but PLA will also work fine. All edges are chamfered at 45 degrees to make printing easier. If you're having problems with bed adhesion, try using painters tape with a layer of white glue or slow down the first layer to 50% speed. The dividers fit standard "TUL" and "ARC" systems. The redesigned hole punches don't look like the standard "mushroom" punch because I made them easier to print. The "mushrooms" holes are hard to print, so I changed them to make it simpler. These new holes can be used with the standard "mushroom" holes. A PDF file is included to print grid paper at 5mm spacing. Dimensions for "Divider.stl" are: 178mm x 235mm x 0.6mm (not including tab), which is approximately 7.0 inches x 9.25 inches x 1/32 inches. Dimensions for "DividerS.stl" are: 146mm x 230mm x 0.6mm (not including tab), which is approximately 5.75 inches x 9.1 inches x 1/32 inches. Recommended Print Settings: Perimeters (Vertical Shells): 1 - This speeds up the print job. Horizontal Shells (Top): 1 - Choose an infill design like a Hilbert curve for better looks. Horizontal Shells (Bottom): 3 Layer Height: 0.15 - This will give you four layers for good adhesion. Or, you can just do 100% infill for a quick and dirty print.
