I needed something to mount a wireless charger on my dashboard, so I came up with this solution. It holds a Yooteck wireless 7.5W charger found here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079KZ49PJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 My phone is a Note9 in an OtterBox Defender case, and I have a thin metal plate in the case between the inner and outer case that lines up with the magnet. This helps keep it from vibrating out. Not strong enough to hold upside down, but sufficient for my purposes. A rare earth magnet presses in - 15mmx3mm disc type off of eBay.
