I'm not a fan of this design. First, draw out the shape of the lens with a pencil, snap a photo right next to a ruler. A real pair of glasses will come in handy for measuring stuff. The lenses are held by a 0.4mm rim. The hinges might be too fragile to print with PLA. Print flat on the bed, bend it yourself with some heat. This is more like a concept on how to design a pair of glasses that fits. Source materials: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YjxXfWeOW7Q&t=217s (he's way better than me) Print with more perimeter (5,6). The Fusion 360 timeline will give you rough ideas about my process. That video is not mine. V2: a new version that's more intuitive, the arms and hinges are stronger, smaller holes (3mm), need a smaller screw, the body hasn't changed much, cross-compatible. V3: not much of an upgrade, the rims to hold the glasses are rounded and wider. Pro tip: if you print it with PLA, print it bigger, put the glass in and anneal it by setting the oven on lowest temperature for 30 minutes. The plastic will shrink a lot more than you think and try bending the arms and body when it's still hot. Annealing also gives your PLA more strength.
