Thingiverse seems to struggle with communication, resulting in knee-jerk responses to cease and desist orders that are devastatingly severe. In a case involving a popular walking tank game, instead of passing on the request to fans to remove the game's IP names, all 1400 models created by fans were blocked or removed. Now we embark on rebuilding the win-win scenario where fans showcase their modeling skills without referencing the game's intellectual property.
