Nostepinne Yarn Winder

Got the basic model from LeeyaRay but the top piece kept falling off, maybe I am winding my yarn too tight but I thought a screw would be a better solution so I added a screw component to the middle. I included the FreeCad file in case adjustments need to be made for different printers or if you need to make the screw threads for left handed users so that it doesn't unscrew while you work, screw threads are currently for Right handed users.
