Nosewing Shaper for Face Mask

This nose wing shaper is designed to enhance the fit of a handmade face mask. It enables the fabric to mold snugly against your facial contours, eliminating the unsightly tenting over the nose and the noticeable gap over the cheeks. You can modify the X, Y, and Z vectors in your slicing software to customize the fit for your nose. I also created an alternative version with strategically placed holes, allowing you to seamlessly attach the shaper to the exterior of a pre-existing mask. I drew inspiration from the nose wing shapers found in N95 respirators, but this design is not intended as a substitute for a genuine N95. I make no claims regarding its efficacy; instead, it seemed to effectively minimize air leakage through the sides of my fabric mask during personal experimentation at home.
