Nose Flute (New)

This is the latest version of my Nose Flute with some key enhancements. The air tubes have been curved and fitted with cone-shaped seals for improved performance. The mouth plate has also been enlarged to create a tighter seal. Unfortunately, I still need to manually remove the print supports from across the air vent because my software cannot generate them. However, the Nose Flute can be printed as desired without additional supports. Update 3/09/20: The overhang on the nose flanges has been repaired for a cleaner print. The step in the air blade has also been removed to enhance air flow. A revised print file is now available that no longer includes supports, making it suitable for capable printers.
