However, this clip may not accommodate various head sizes. To find the perfect fit, test print a sample first and then adjust the x- and y- scales of the final print based on the fitting results. The original Freecad file is included for personal editing. Printing with 100% fill should yield a smooth result. The design works well with ABS, PLA, or PETG materials.
