The box prints upside-down to eliminate the need to build supports for the noses. You’ll need to put in a small amount of support under the open edge where the lid inserts. Given the relatively small footprint on the first layer, brim is recommended. The lid should be snug to slide in at first. Slide it back and forth a few times to smooth out contact surfaces. If it is still too tight, file a very small amount off the slide surfaces of the lid, retesting the fit as you go. Don’t take too much off or the lid will be loose!
