Nose and Mouth Guard USE AT OWN RISK, I disclaim all responsibility for the effectiveness of this device. Freeware, Share and Share alike, feel free to modify, reproduce, and sell. The shield can be printed from Plastic PLA (ABS may leach toxins), or out of Flexible material. The Flexible material is more comfortable. You will need to print with support material. I recommend using 10% support material and an overhang angle of 60 degrees. Using more support material will lengthen the printing time. If you experience difficulties removing the support material, try lowering the nozzle temperature or adjusting the Z distance. I have included the .f3d Fusion360 design file. This shield is scalable; a uniform scale in your printing software will increase its size or decrease it. A non-uniform scale allows you to adjust its height, width, length, or any combination thereof.
