Northrop YA-9 for microarmor
thingiverse
The Northrop YA-9 was a top contender in the A-X program alongside the A-10 Thunderbolt II. It excelled with its agile handling and impressive speed, outpacing its rival in every aspect. However, the Air Force ultimately chose the Warthog due to its superior survivability features. Like the A-10, the YA-9 would have boasted a GAU-8 Avenger gun for its arsenal. In Blender 2.79b, I created an accurate model of the Northrop YA-9 in full dimensions and scaled it down to 1/100 for the STL file. Subsequently, I reduced the scale to 35% within the slicer software. For reference, the printed dice used as a size comparison measure 15mm. As always, if the print doesn't work out, the project won't be posted.
