The scale model is highly detailed, featuring full texture and animatable parts such as ailerons, flaps, rudder, elevators, main and tail landing gears, and doors. It includes a cockpit accessible through the class, plus missiles and rockets. The Northrop F-5G Tiger was developed into the F-20A Tigershark with enhanced performance due to a larger single engine. Initially funded by private investors for export to foreign allies, the F-20 project was cancelled in 1986 after limited success; some units were later purchased by the US Air Force and National Guard units.
