Northbank Plaza, located at 69 Ann Street in Brisbane's central business district, is a 92-meter high office building that underwent a $30 million renovation and rebranding to Northbank Plaza in 2007/2008. Formerly known as the Brisbane Administration Center and serving as the administrative headquarters for the Brisbane City Council until 2007, it now offers 26,000m2 of office space across twenty-two levels. The ground floor serves as both a lobby and retail area.
