North Honeywell 5500 halfmask exhalation filter

I'm looking for a simple exhalation valve cover and filter that fits the North Honeywell 5500 half mask. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if it will work with the 7700 or other models, so if you want to give it a try, let me know how it turns out. The pieces are press fit, which seems perfect for my mask's size. However, the exhalation port only has a small area to grab onto, so I'm not sure how well it will hold up over time. If it starts to loosen, I plan to use Teflon tape or add thickness with acrylic gel medium. After some use, I realized that I prefer everything to be a bit tighter than the original design. Since it's still functional, I'll just build it up with acrylic instead of redoing it from scratch. To improve the fit, I suggest scaling down the entire thing by about 0.5% in the slicer before printing. To get an even snugger fit, I applied a thin layer of Liquitex Matte Gel Medium to the inside of the cylinder and let it dry. After that, it produced a perfect seal.
