The Super Sabre model is intricately built with near-scale accuracy and boasts full texturing. The cockpit is accessible through the class, and the model comes in multiple formats. Originally an American supersonic jet fighter aircraft, the North American F-100 Super Sabre was deployed by the US Air Force from 1954 to 1971 and by the Air National Guard until 1979. The F-100D is a single-seat fighter-bomber with advanced avionics, a larger wing and tail fin, and landing flaps; it was used in Vietnam as a low level bomber supporting ground forces. In contrast, the F-100F is a two-seat training version that has reduced armament from four to two cannons.
