Normal/Heavy Duty Razor Blade Scraper
thingiverse
All the scrapers I printed/used snapped apart rather quickly. Or the blades would simply fall out. So far, this one is holding up remarkably well, but time will tell how it fares in the long run. Just slide in the razor blade from the side with ease. I'm using blades from American Safety Razor Company - they're slightly thicker, stronger and sharper than the cheap alternatives. If you have the thicker blades, use the heavy-duty model; if you're looking for high-quality blades, these are a great option! Note: A little bit of wiggle in the blade is okay, as it will lock into place once pressure is applied during scraping. You could even superglue a blade in if you wanted to - that's how secure they are! These print quickly due to their thin walls, and the shape gives them extra strength. My fan isn't currently working to help cool the PLA as it prints. When doing small prints like this one, it doesn't cool down fast enough without it, so these last couple of prints don't look their best in the overhang areas. Printed in PLA at 0.27mm, with a 60% infill ratio. Print settings: Supports: None Resolution: 0.21 - 0.27 mm Infill: 60%
