Norm Layman is an NPC turned PC renowned for being decidedly average at everything he attempts. His statistics perfectly reflect his ordinary nature - each one a 10. A former Town Guardsman, Norm abandoned his post after failing miserably to prevent the party from springing Bella Estrata, the skilled female Rogue, from her cell. The party brutally slaughtered the rest of his comrades, leaving him comatose. Norm's subsequent decision to join the Inquisition was motivated by a personal tragedy - his wife fell victim to the brutal Society. Fate cruelly saw fit to assign him to the same group as Bella Estrata.
