This is a free and open source 3-part ski wax rack. They normally cost $125 - this one is $5 or less. Why do you need one? Check out Steve Foreman’s excellent how-to video on ski waxing. It’s all in OpenSCAD so you can adjust it to meet your skis’ needs. There are two versions available - a WonderWoman version designed for printing with NinjaFlex guards or a Thor version that can be printed in 100% PLA or other hard thermopolymer. For both versions, you'll need a few inches of metal - which you can get from a clothes hanger -- and everything else is PLA or your other favorite polymer. This ski wax rack can be printed on any FFF RepRap or similar device. Only the middle T needs support - all other parts can be printed without it. See the pictures for how to put it together - I used filament as rivets following Jason Welsh's tutorial, and found that using an iron worked best. This design is built off a lot of other designs including: Johann Joe’s fully printable G clamps, P. Towalski's rounded edge cube library, g33kgirl's Wonder Woman design from a cookie cutter, and Vik Oliver's pretty nice Thor Hammer.
