Norcold Camper Fridge Latch / Keep

This is the custom refrigerator latch/keep from a Norcold 9162 camper fridge that I designed and built when I lost one of the originals and had to create a replacement (roughly). I deliberately made it slightly more challenging to remove than the standard part (tighter on the track) because I've experienced firsthand how easily the original can fly out onto the floor. This latch/keep will keep the door open, preventing mold from building up inside the fridge. I created this solution in hopes that it might be helpful to others who have encountered similar issues.
