Soft-touch layer were destoyed. Recovering with 0.5mm PLA panel. I scratched off all the Soft touch material from the front panel with the plastic tools (credit card with sharped egde will do the job) and scalpel in the hard spots. Then for removing leftovers of stickeness I used tissue with some adhesive remover and isopropanol after. For not damaging display I had to dissasemby front panel. https://www.ifixit.com/Teardown/Nook+Simple+Touch+with+GlowLight+Teardown/9301) it is easy if you done that to other mobile electronic devices before, and you will need at least `Torx T5` screwdriwer. Soft touch layer can be removed without dissasembling device, just you will need to be gently when doing it: not pushing in direction of the display, use isopropanol only (so that non-drying chemicals do not flow behind the panel). After removing Soft touch layer, I put buttons back on their positions, glued the ones that were deattached from the panel (not necessery, actually, because panel shold hold them in place), then I glued printed part with the glue for displays (B7000). Side note: if the printed part is white, then glue should be applied over the entire surface otherwise the glued spots are visible, like in attached photo.
