Here's a custom cover for the nooelec ham it up upconverter - just in case yours doesn't have holes for the noise source. Simply connect the two enable (EN) pins together and add an SMA port. This cover should fit most SMA plugs that are level with the other one. If your hole is located elsewhere, you can modify the FreeCAD model to suit your needs.
