These files are exclusively for DIY PCBs via toner transfer, designed specifically for Mendel. The original creators retain all rights to these files. Before proceeding, it's essential to note that any modifications or usage should be done at your own risk. Detailed instructions, pictures, and more information can be found on http://www.reprap.org/wiki/DIY_PCBs_double-sided_toner_transfer. Here's a breakdown of the files provided: 1. ATX/ATX2 voltages takeout and UM232R footprint boards are included with an A4 file ready for toner transfer, both at 600 dpi. The ATX supply board allows access to all voltages without any modifications. 2. Stepper motor driver versions 3.0 and 3.3 are available for toner transfer, but version 3.3 is recommended due to changes in SMD from 0805 to 1206. It also includes provisions like space for a 7805 radiator, alternative jumpers, and connectors for motors. The versions named "Makerbot" and "Mendel" cater to specific requirements. 3. An MB 1.2v A4 file with TQFP pads edited is ready for transfer at 600 dpi, although the orientation could have been better. Use high-quality board materials and follow RepRap modifications included in this file. 4. EC 2.2v A4 file with TQFP pads edited is also provided, with a slightly different version available for improved results. However, it's advised to use at your own risk. Remember, if you don't already have the necessary tools and knowledge, purchasing commercial electronics sets might be more suitable. Any feedback, corrections, or suggestions are welcome. Lastly, don't forget to check the wiki instructions page for further updates, including thermocouple and thermistor boards, along with firmware for EC2.2.
