Nonna Nikki Anolini Press
thingiverse
The design calls for a grid of NxM Anolini, but it is highly recommended to print this in a 3 x 10 configuration to match the pasta width of most pasta makers' dough extrusion. This design was created using OpenScad and is fully parametrized, allowing you to adjust every dimension to your liking. This feature is particularly useful if you have a dough machine like a Kitchenaid that makes long dough. Edited on March 6th, 2019: I added a 'traditional' version that doesn't use crimping to seal the pasta. Instead, it uses a press fitting bevel that causes a slight rolling pressure, sealing the pasta without a visible seam. Edited on February 29th, 2019: I added a large version with approximately 15 Anolini. I also greatly optimized the design's printability, so it no longer requires any supports.
