In version 2.02 available at this link, you can find the latest updates to BasWheel: https://github.com/basile-laderchi/BasWheel. Meanwhile, an earlier version, v1.14, can be accessed through this Thingiverse link: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:122017. However, it should be noted that LEGO Technic axle compatibility has not been tested. The inspiration for these designs came from two Thingiverse projects: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:21486 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:17514. In v 1.09, dated June 6, 2013, the developer added a new "lego" hub type and moved all variables to the top of the file, making it customizer-ready (although not fully functional due to imported libraries and an external STL file). Don't forget that you'll need the OpenSCAD Parts Library from this Thingiverse link (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6021) but it is not included. Additionally, a LEGO axle size 2 from this other Thingiverse project (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:66884) is required, though it too is not included.
