Non-mmu Umbrella Girl Spinner

<p>My attempt at remixing to: A) not need MMU, B) not have her on a pole. <br>New umbrella_girl_inner STL to glue the individual parts from original after printing in color (2x for each). I used Prusa slicer to put negative volume 4mm cylinder through arm of umbrella_girl_inner for rod to slide in. The tab on umbrella_girl_inner slides into the base. A normal skate bearing is used between base and base mount for rotation.</p><p>Note: the rod I used is pretty long in photos, will probably cut a couple inches shorter.</p>
