I revised existing mask designs, completely overhauling the entire mask to make it significantly lighter while also enlarging the opening. This is a non-medical mask based on medical mask designs, and I highly recommend using top-quality filter material for the filter inserts. Currently, I use 2.5 micron filters with a carbon filter layer for de-odorization. My primary intention for this mask is to protect others from any potential infection you may have, but it's also my hope that it offers some protection for the wearer. The mask, filter frames, and screw insert are all designed to be printed in PLA. TPU is used sparingly for gaskets and headbands. UPDATE: The mask designs can generally be printed in TPU using slower settings. Please make a conscious effort to recycle where possible, and incinerate when necessary.
