Non Magnetic Plate Holder

Non Magnetic Plate Holder

I discovered that utilizing all four magnetic mounts on my Creator Bot 3D printer caused the magnets to pull the plate into a slight warp, making it impossible to level the bed properly. I fixed this issue by employing the front two L-shaped brackets with their metal tabs removed from the plate's front edge, eliminating the warp entirely. To reproduce these magnetic supports: 1 - Remove the two tabs secured to the front of the plate. 2 - Replace the stock brackets with the two printed mounts (you may want to apply a thin coat of rubber cement to the bracket's bottom to prevent rotation when leveling the bed). 3 - Secure a piece of thin double-sided 3M tape to one side of the bracket and gently guide it toward the glass, ensuring the adhesive side sticks lightly and doesn't bond too firmly to the glass plate. 4 - Once done, level the bed according to standard procedures and begin printing.
