Non-interfering Leadscrew to Z-Axis Connections
thingiverse
My printer's extruder is positioned above the X-carriage, so it needs clearance from the carriage. Unfortunately, this means it blocks the leadscrew and reduces usable space in the Z-axis by about five centimeters. However, with these modifications, the leadscrew can be moved four centimeters forward or backward, depending on its direction of installation. As a result, the extruder has enough room to move across the leadscrew without any issues. This solution is specifically designed for the 6mm version of the Reprap Wallace printer.
