Non-Aggregating 100baseTX Passive Network TAP

This design features a custom-built exterior box and slip covers. To construct the tap, you will need four CAT5e RJ45 keystone receptacles, some CAT5e cable, and a punch-down tool to get started. For PoE devices, two 220pF capacitors are also required - specifically, the Xicon 140-50P2-221K-RC capacitors can be used to enable power over Ethernet while blocking gigabit communication. Without these capacitors, the box should only be wired using the green and orange pairs. The CAT5e cable's sheath is not necessary but keeping the cable twists intact will reduce interference.
